All images are printed on professional-grade paper at the size indicated in the print gallery. They are mounted in off-white museum-quality preservation matboards such as "Alphamat® Artcare™" or "Alpharag®" by Bainbridge®. These mats are acid and lignin free and provide the best available protection for your artwork.

Unless otherwise indicated, our matted prints fit into any standard, off-the-shelf frame (sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20 inch), that accommodates mat and mountboard. This allows you to choose a framing approach which matches your personal style and surrounding decor.

Artist head shots

Calendars

Katzprints prepared two different calendars this year. "A year in flowers" was a hand-printed 4x6 flower-themed desk calendar in a practical plastic case that also functioned as a stand. "Going Coastal" was a press-printed wall calendar which included photos taken along the beautiful California Coast. These calendars are sold out. Please check back here in October for news about our 2011 calendars.

Katja's photography was also featured on the cover of this year's Elkhorn Slough calendar. Proceeds of items like the calendar benefit the Elkhorn Slough Foundation, a non-profit land trust protecting this unique estuarine in the Monterey bay area.

As part of our mission to protect the environment, we use the highest quality PCF (processed chlorine-free) materials from vendors who employ responsible milling practices and renewable energy sources, whenever possible. All images are printed on professional-grade photo paper and are mounted by hand on card stock which contains on average 30% recycled post-consumer waste.
